  • Built the AI search user interface in Client App using React, leveraging LLM-assisted development workflows (Claude Code) to accelerate feature delivery and enable natural language shipment data retrieval for 5,000+ monthly active users
  • Developed interactive shipment analytics modules in the Client App using Java, MongoDB, and GraphQL to centralize client data, accelerating action item triaging across the platform
  • Engineered self-serve Consignee & Shipper onboarding flows in the Client App using Ruby on Rails and Next.js, reducing onboarding completion time by 50%+ and accelerating time-to-first-shipment
  • Built a cross-app (Prompts and Warnings) system using React and GraphQL to surface banners for missing company data, collecting customs information, and eliminating multi-day shipment delays at origin
  • Implemented real-time work queue updates in the FFApp using Scala, React, and PubNub, eliminating duplicate task processing and reclaiming 1,000+ collective operational hours monthly
  • Integrated automated work item generation logic using Scala and Postgres to populate multiple FFApp queues, launching 1,000+ weekly operational tasks to replace manual data entry
